Lia Pappámikail
Sociologist, took her degree at ISCTE-IUL and finished her PHD in Social Sciences at the Insitute of Social Sciences of the Univesity of Lisbon in 2010 with a thesis on Youth, Family and Autonomy. She is a member of the Permament Observatory of Youth, where she devellops research on topics like youth, family and education. Since 2010 she teaches at the Superior School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and at the Superior School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. She has several national and international publications. In 2013 she published the book Adolescência e Autonomia, negociações familiares e construção de si (Adolescense and Autonomy: family negotiations and the building of the self).
